I am interested in plans for your event in 2020. I heard about your event from Deb Wilson, Springfield Mo. I would like to participate as a not-for-profit. SNAP (SpayNeuterAssistanceProgram) is a group that raises funds for the purpose of assisting low income people with the expenses for spay and neuter of pets. Assistance ranges from subsidizing to covering all expenses for spay or neuter depending on the financials of the pet owner. Funds go directly to the provider. My role within this group is making and selling dog/cat bandannas. We have been at Artsfest and Cider Days for many years. Website for the organization is SNAP123.ORG. I operate by phone call or text only. My only email connection is my husbands, as provided b below. Ann Weiss. 417-379-1136.
