Ozarks Technical College (OTC) has graciously offered to be our Hosting Sponsor which will allow us to offer The Ozarks Mini Maker Faire as a FREE EVENT. YES, You heard me correct- FREE— IF you preregister prior to the day of the EVENT. Otherwise it will be a $5 donation per person 5 years and older.
BUT YOU do need to register you and/or your family for this amazing event so that we can better prepare and make enough materials available. If you wait until the day of the event you will need to wait in line to register, SO PLEASE get your registration in early. I’m sure there will be a long line to enter and we want you inside enjoying all the creativity and innovation that is in The Ozarks.
If you are an Educator and would like to attend the Friday, October 4th “Making 101” class the cost is $45. You will register for this class on our Eventbrite page for the Ozarks Mini Maker Faire. The hands-on Making 101 class is from 4-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4th, 2019. Then attend the Maker Meet-up Celebration from 6:30- 9 p.m. as our guest. You can also come as a VIP on Saturday (early access 8:30 am) to experience The Greatest Show, Tell & Make in the Ozarks.
Why should YOU attend? Well, it will be GREAT networking with other educators who have a passion for #making & #creating. Do you have a Makerspace at your school- we’ll share tried & true ideas that can make your life less busy. We will give you resources to help you with activities and have LOTS of hands-on activities with “STUFF” to take back to your class/school.

Want to mingle with the Makers at the Maker Meet-up Celebration the night before the Mini Maker Faire? The cost is $30, which you will register for on our Eventbrite page. This will also allow you early (8:30 a.m.) access to the event and beat the crowds on Saturday.
The OTC- Springfield Campus is part of the Ozarks Community College complex. The main entrance will be on the backside Here is a map of the site with parking. Parking will be in the lot off of E. Central Street.
