Hi there, My name is Kim, owner of KiKi's Jewelry Works. I've been making jewelry and accessories for many years. I started way back when 'Friendly Plastic' was a thing. Since then I've continued to learn from wonderful artisans and honed my skills as a jewelry designer. I'm intrigued with all aspects of my craft but specifically find inspiration with apoxy clay, resin and wire working as of this note. My customers are amazing and I feel genuinely honored to be working with them. They offer my their friendship and ideas. In return I offer them a quality product that is part of me and my interpretation of a specific stone, wire, bead or finding that brings out the personality of the piece created. I love what I do and hopefully it shows :-)

What inspired you to make this project?
My mom has inspired me from the very beginning. She always encouraged me to follow my heart and always create something new and different. We'd sit in her living room and look through all my beads, crystals and wire to get those 'perfect' pieces to match an outfit she wanted to wear to church. Typically it was a new bracelet or a fabulous pair of earrings. She's no longer with me but she continues to inspire me and help me strive to learn all I can about this vast craft. I love learning about wire, beads, stones, clay and resin. How it all goes together is my joy and creating that perfect piece for that special date, honored gift or life event is what's it's all about. If I gain new customers in the process, that's those new friends that I may not have had last week and a win win for us both.
